MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

As soon as you will get the product and its been damaged please take couple of photos and send them to us on: sales@herculesnutrition.co.uk for us to investigate and as a proof for us to issue this to the courier. Don’t worry, we will not leave you without money or products ?

I PUT WRONG SHIPPING DETAILS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We take all details of the order as they being inserted by the client during ordering process and we DO NOT take any responsibility if any detail that client put in is incorrect. Therefore it is client responsibility to ensure that all detail entered are correct

HOW DO YOU PROCESS YOUR ORDERS?

We process all orders between Monday to Thursday within 24h from receiving the payment (you order came Monday then we will process and ship it on Tuesday etc).

All orders placed and paid on Friday by 2pm will be posted the same day.

All order placed and paid after 2pm on Friday will be process and posted next working which will be Monday etc.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY OPTION?

No we don’t. Like any other business we rely on courier services therefore we don’t want to be held responsible if for any reason the “next day” parcel will be delayed by courier.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We aim to get your parcel delivered within 3-4 working days

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm

Friday 6am to 3pm

Weekends, bank holidays etc-CLOSED

DO YOU WORK OVER THE WEEKENDS?

No we don’t

I PUT SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION FOR SHIPPING AND MY PARCEL IS MISSING NOW, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We will put the instruction of the delivery as requested by the client. If the parcel is gone missing then the client takes the responsibility while he opt out from standard delivery procedure by the courier.
