It’s imperative to note that if you want to return any item, you have to ensure that it’s not tampered with or damaged once received by you. If we find any evidence of tampering with the particular item, we reserve the right to cancel your order without any return or refund options.
Our Delivery Policy
Please note that delivery costs can vary depending on your location(international shipping). Your expected delivery time also depends on the destination of the package.
Delivery within the UK border is completed within 3- 4 working working days after dispatch, while international deliveries can take up to 11 working days with the cost depending on the location.
Expect the delivery in working days. It’s also prudent to mention that we don’t take any responsibility for the delays in deliveries due to the process of delivery companies. As every other establishment we are relying on courier service and any disruptions that can occur due to internal issues of the courier are simply out of our control.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified of the same via email. If you require any further assistance, you will find our customer support team always accessible. Simply drop an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Policy For Order Changes
We strive hard to ensure that you get your goods promptly without any unnecessary delays from our SARMS store. Therefore, we don’t take long to process the placed orders.
You can, of course, contact our customer support service if you want to amend your order after placing it however, there’s a chance that we won’t be able to cater to your request if the order has been dispatched already. But in case you want to return the ordered items, you can do so quite easily. Take a look at our refund policy to know more about this.
Customer satisfaction is invaluable for us. But if, despite our best efforts, you aren’t satisfied with your order, you can opt for a return without any hassle. Keep in mind that if you want a full refund of the items, you should commence the return process within 14 days of getting the package.
Additionally, the returned items must be unused with no evidence of tampering.
We STRONGLY ADVISE to check with your doctor if you can consume our goods and we do not take responsibility for any unwanted SARMS side effects that you may encounter-in such instance please stop taking the products immediately and consult your doctor.
You have to return the items in their original packaging and send a receipt as proof of your purchase. If your returned items fail to pass any of these criteria, the process will be rendered null and void, and you won’t be refunded for your returns.
If the return is accepted after due checking, we will credit the amount back to your account.
Since we want to ensure that our dealings with our customers continue to be smooth, we have kept the return process pretty simple.
It’s best to use services that offer a tracking number when returning the item so we can track it at every single time where the parcel has been located-for additional safety when returning the product please consider “sign for” service. This will ensure that you can keep a check on whether the parcel has been delivered to our SARMS store. Don’t forget to email us the tracking number.
Keep in mind that some goods cannot be returned. These include food items and personal care products(where applicable).
Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect the package to fulfil our criteria. We will then notify you about the package being received via email. After our inspection is complete, we will let you know whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will begin the process of crediting the amount back to you.
If you don’t receive your refund on time, contact your credit card company or bank to find out if it’s in processing. If you are unable to identify the problem, don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will assist you in the best way possible.
Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
You can request an exchange of the item if the one you received is defective or damaged. Email us about the same and parcel your package to the given address in the same packaging that you received along with the proof of your purchase, photographic evidence and you will get the exchange. On this occasion we will require you to send the damaged or defective goods back to us so we can investigate the issue.
While returning the product, make sure you have mentioned the correct address. You have to cover the postage costs of the returns on your own. We will not be refunding this amount. The cost of shipping is deducted from your refund amount.
Keep in mind that your location influences how long it would take for the exchanged product to reach you.
Policy Regarding Damage During Shipment
We work hard to ensure that our customers are satisfied with everything we offer. Hence, we maintain high standards of quality. No product leaves our facility without proper scrutiny. It’s advisable to check your items on arrival to identify damage during shipping at the right time.
You must notify us of receiving damaged products within 24 hours of receiving the package. Drop an email at the earliest, along with detailed information and photographs. We will ensure that arrangements are made for replacements at the earliest.
A Note For International Customers
Our services are spread across multiple countries, however, WE DO NOT SHIP to Australia and USA. The prices for products, shipping, and handling that we have outlined do not include the duty tax of your country. We only charge for the transportation of the products and DO NOT cover custom charges.
Therefore, check with the customs office of your state to find out more about these charges. Additionally, it’s your responsibility to ensure that the items you purchase are allowed as per the import policy of your state. We do not claim any responsibility if the customs seize your goods.
